The SUV was heading south on Highway 21 just south of Provincial Road 543 when it veered over the centre line and crashed head-on into a farm tractor headed south, RCMP said in a news release Tuesday morning.
The crash, in the rural municipality of Sifton, was reported to police just after 9 a.m. The 31-year-old man from Stonewall driving the SUV was pronounced dead at the scene.
The SUV had been stolen from Winnipeg, the news release said.
