Silver alert issued for missing 64-year-old Winnipeg woman
Winnipeg police have issued a silver alert for a missing 64-year-old woman.
Mary Ann Ray was last seen in the Crescentwood area early Sunday evening and was reported missing late Tuesday, police said in an online notification.
Ray is five foot seven, with a thin build, grey hair and blue eyes. She walks with a slouched posture, police said.
She was last seen wearing a light jacket or parka and possibly sweatpants.
Officers are concerned about Ray’s well-being and ask anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service missing persons unit at 204-986-6250.
A silver alert is issued whenever a vulnerable adult person is reported as missing.
