14-year-old girl reported missing found safe: Manitoba RCMP

A 14-year-old girl who was reported missing Monday morning has been found safe, Manitoba RCMP say.

Police had asked for help locating the missing teen, who was believed to be in Portage la Prairie.

On Wednesday, RCMP issued an update saying the girl had been found safe. 

CBC News has removed the name and photo of the girl to protect her identity now that she has been found.
