AI scanners at Health Sciences Centre detected more than 1,500 weapons last year

More than 1,500 weapons were detected by scanners at the doors of Manitoba’s biggest hospital over an eight-month period last year, including more than 300 at the entrance to the Children’s Hospital, according to information obtained by Radio-Canada through a freedom of information request.
