Winnipeg mother sentenced to over 2 years for manslaughter in toddler’s 2023 fentanyl death

A woman whose toddler died from fentanyl intoxication in 2023 wiped tears from her eyes in a Winnipeg courtroom Tuesday as she was sentenced to more than two years in custody.
