Winnipeggers in Puerto Vallarta say violence has dampened, but vacation plans remain uncertain

Some Winnipeggers who witnessed explosions, fires and violence while on vacation in the Mexican city of Puerto Vallarta on Sunday said the smoke had largely cleared on Monday but their travel plans remained hazy.
