Southern Manitoba placed under several weather alerts

Manitobans aren’t off the hook just quite yet for winter weather.Environment Canada issued a special weather statement early Wednesday morning for the entire city of Winnipeg, along with other parts of Manitoba.Parts of southern Manitoba will see effects from a major winter storm that’s heading to Ontario from the U.S.Story continues below
