Winnipeg police say ‘potential threat’ puts North End schools into hold and secure

Winnipeg police are warning people living in and around the William White neighbourhood not to open their doors to anyone they don’t know.Police tweeted about a “potential threat” around 12:20 p.m.Due to a potential threat, residents in the Williiam Whyte area and surrounding neighbourhoods in the North End are asked to stay inside.
