Cyclist in critical condition after crash with vehicle on Wellington Crescent

A cyclist was rushed to hospital in critical condition on Thursday morning after a crash on Wellington Crescent and Cockburn Street in Winnipeg.

A cyclist was rushed to hospital in critical condition on Thursday morning after a crash with a vehicle on Wellington Crescent and Cockburn Street in Winnipeg.

Following the 7 a.m. collision, a running shoe could be seen in the middle of Wellington Crescent, and an officer was speaking to a woman near an SUV.

Wellington is closed to traffic between Hugo Street N. and Dorchester Avenue.

No additional information has been provided by police.
